Tri Yoga Turns always fun. Monday 530 Shanti Vinyasa

Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha, Nadi Shodhana

Gentle flow of a sun salutation with added cat bows 1 & 2, 1/2 hanumanasana to open the hips for the turns.  Working on the turns regular cat turns and the ever popular downward dog, swan, squat tortoise, cat, downward dog and repeat.  Using blocks helps with the move from squat tortoise to cat and then to downward dog.  Squat to forward fold back and forth then to basic hand balance.  L-Seat with 1/2 cowface pose or both legs in cowface pose, cobbler with forward fold, basic squat to roll down to hip side stretch.  Oils and Savasana.
