Saturday 12:30pm – 3:00pm & 3:30pm – 6:00pm  2 different sessions on Saturday

Lynne (Chandra) Andrews offers this amazing workshop.
TriYoga®  flows are slow and meditative in nature creating a balanced mind, body and spirit. Lynne travels from Tallahassee to offer these teachings that are not seen in yoga studios in this area. Discover a deeper level of yoga flows.

Friday 6:30pm – 9pm TriYoga Flows

This session will begin with a flowing series to warm up the body, including stretches for the hips and spine. Emphasis will be placed on creating balanced, postural alignment to strengthen muscles and keep joints free from strain.

Saturday, 12:30pm – 3:00pm  Free the Spine

This practice will include a variety of flowing sequences for lengthening the spine and strengthening the back. By moving slowly, to the pace of a fluid breath the flow of prana (life force) is enhanced.

Saturday, 3:30pm – 6:00pm Free the Hips and Spine

Our session with begin with flowing postures to free energy in the hips and legs. Sustained stretches strengthen legs and hips while improving mobility. We will conclude with wall-supported stretches for the spine and hips.

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space.
