Cat rolls, cat hip circles, calf stretches, toe stretches, hip rolls with shoulder opener.<\/p>\n<p>Warming up the feet with the ole golf ball massage.\u00a0\u00a0 Darsha Charna.\u00a0 Sun Salutation with some cobras added in to strengthen the back.\u00a0\u00a0 Wanda wanted you all to have some abdominal work so here we go with that.\u00a0 Shoulder isolation awareness.\u00a0\u00a0 Balance.\u00a0 Iyengar leg and movement awareness for moving into 1\/2 moon, from runner to forward fold, warrior 1 to warrior 3.\u00a0 Hand balance,\u00a0 Twists and forward folds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aromatherapy then down to floor for some bridge rolls with block support.\u00a0\u00a0 Savasana<\/p>\n<p>Aromatherapy today will be Shanti Blend from Yoga Flow Oils, thank you Susan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi all, I am subbing Wanda&#8217;s Friday morning class today so we will have a little flow and lots of Iyengar.
