Hand Balance\u00a0 of crow, squat to cockey mudra with a cooling breath. To floor for forward folds and twists. Aromatherapy &amp; Savasana rounds out the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Aromatherapy tonight will be Vata\/Kapha Blend from Yoga Flow Oils, thank you Susan\u00a0 This blend is perfect for the weather we are having now\u00a0 cold and windy.\u00a0 This has a wonderful smell of warmth and love.
