Specific instruction will be provided to create relaxation in movement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 12:30pm &#8211; 3:00pm\u00a0 Free the Spine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This practice will include a variety of flowing sequences for lengthening the spine and strengthening the back. A fluid breath supports the flow of energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 3:30pm &#8211; 6:00pm Free the Hips &#8211; with pranayama &amp; meditation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stretches specifically for the lower body will be the theme for this workshop. Tension is released and circulation enhanced.
