Lynne travels from Tallahassee to offer these teachings that are not seen in yoga studios in this area. Discover a deeper level of yoga flows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 6:30pm &#8211; 9pm TriYoga Flows<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This session will begin with a flowing series to warm up the body, including stretches for the hips and spine. Emphasis will be placed on creating balanced, postural alignment to strengthen muscles and keep joints free from strain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 12:30pm &#8211; 3:00pm\u00a0 Strengthening<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will being with reclined stretches to release tension from hips and legs. Standing poses create a strong foundation for good posture while improving strength and flexibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 3:30pm &#8211; 6:00pm Free the Spine<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our practice will include a variety of flowing sequences for lengthening the spine and strengthening the back.
