Lynne travels from Tallahassee to offer these teachings that are not seen in yoga studios in this area. Discover a deeper level of yoga flows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 6:30pm \u2013 9pm TriYoga Flows for Hips &amp; Spine<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This session will begin with a flowing series to warm up the body, including stretches for the hips and spine. Emphasis will be placed on moving fluidly from one posture to the next to achieve &#8220;meditation in motion&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 12:30pm \u2013 3:00pm\u00a0 Basics Series &#8211;\u00a0 Free the Hips<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will being with reclined stretches to release tension from hips and legs. Standing poses create a strong foundation for good posture while improving strength and flexibility. Sustained stretches for lower body improve flexibility and range of motion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 3:30pm \u2013 6:00pm Free the Spine<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our practice will include a variety of flowing sequences for lengthening the spine and strengthening the back.
