Tues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After 6 days of pranayama teacher training we will be breathing deeply into the stretches tonight.\u00a0 With deep hip openers the need\u00a0 for deep breaths will be apparent.\u00a0 Slow\u00a0 deep work tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Pranayama:\u00a0 over 2 blocks,\u00a0 Dirgha (long breath), box breath<\/p>\n<p>Starting on the back with Jathara Parivartanasana (supine twist) to cradle with a twist, hip rotations. Finding the abdominal\u00a0 muscles with Tias Little work that we haven&#8217;t explored for awhile.\u00a0 Roll up then roll like a ball.<\/p>\n<p>(Purvottanasana variation (reverse table) work and seated cradle work (Raja Kapotasana variation). Cross squat to Marjariasana (cat), cat rolls.\u00a0\u00a0 Raja Kapotasana variation (Swan or king pigeon), Anajeyasana (runner) with hip openers.\u00a0\u00a0 Tri Yogas penguin &amp;\u00a0frog with squashed frog \ud83d\ude1b\u00a0 Balasana (child),\u00a0 Sukasana variation (pelvis leveler).<\/p>\n<p>Aromatherapy oils here before continuing with the openings.
