I was able to share my love of taking the time to restore in yoga and\u00a0 reading some poetry.\u00a0 In each of the postures I read a poem.<\/p>\n<p>First warming all the joints with Mukunda Stiles Joint Freeing Series.\u00a0 One of my favorite joint series, it really hits them all.\u00a0 We did modify for the room and did not do the kneeling postures but did variations that covered most of those movements.<\/p>\n<p>Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha\u00a0\u00a0 Setting up the bolster for more pranayama opening by lying over the bolster on the side body and letting the ribs open to the ceiling.\u00a0 This posture is only held one minute each side.<\/p>\n<p>Mountain Brooke posture\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Poem~~~~ Centering<\/p>\n<p>Cobbler\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0posture\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Poem~~~~~~ Let the Mind Be the Mind<\/p>\n<p>Supported Bridge posture\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Poem ~~~~~~~~\u00a0 Time Enough\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&amp;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Circle of Breath<\/p>\n<p>Supported Childs posture\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Poem ~~~ Outside the Box<\/p>\n<p>Reclined Twist posture\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Poem ~~~~~ The Practice Of Being Present\u00a0\u00a0 &amp;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Breath by Breath<\/p>\n<p>Savasana with legs elevated.\u00a0 Aromatherapy\u00a0 was Prana Blend from Yoga Flow Oils, thank you Susan Wasserman<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Subbing Susan&#8217;s restorative class.\u00a0 This was so much fun for me.
