The focus tonight will be on strengthening the back muscles.\u00a0 Cobra 1, Cobra 1\/Boat, half locust, Boat, Cobra 2 rolls,\u00a0 Sphinx.<\/p>\n<p>Onto the now strong back to release with bridge rolls, reclined cobbler, adding a twist to this then onto the wonderful opening twist of Hip side stretch with a long hold and my assist.<\/p>\n<p>Roll up for aromatherapy then back down to strap work to open the hamstrings.\u00a0 Hope we have time for this as the hamstrings are so important.
