Bridge rolls with some different arm work added in. Vajrasana kneeling flow, cobra flow, chakrabakasana.\u00a0 Warrior 1 with\u00a0 shoulder strengthening and opening.\u00a0 Uttanasana (forward folds), Triangle with some shoulder opening. Repeat of the vajrasana flow.
