Lynne (Chandra) Andrews offers this amazing workshop.
TriYoga®  flows are slow and meditative in nature creating a balanced mind, body and spirit. Lynne travels from Tallahassee to offer these teachings that are not seen in yoga studios in this area. Discover a deeper level of yoga flows.

Friday 6:30pm – 9pm TriYoga Flows

This session will begin with a flowing series to warm up the body, including stretches for the hips and spine. Emphasis will be placed on creating balanced, postural alignment to strengthen muscles and keep joints free from strain.

Saturday, 12:30pm – 3:00pm  Strengthening

We will being with reclined stretches to release tension from hips and legs. Standing poses create a strong foundation for good posture while improving strength and flexibility.

Saturday, 3:30pm – 6:00pm Free the Spine

Our practice will include a variety of flowing sequences for lengthening the spine and strengthening the back. This session will include wall-supported stretches.

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space.

Robert’s Mom will be here to play some instruments that she enjoys. Mom just turned 99 in April. Celebrate Mom’s 99 years to inspire all of us to live fully with joyful music in our hearts and souls.
