Standing to flow to the floor for spinal flow, sun salutation to half tortoise twist, balance of tree, pelican, raised standing, swan to downward dog alternating sides, standing strength. Wide leg forward fold, triangle, side angle, sun warrior, warrior 2, pyramid pose, revolved triangle. bridge rolls, plow??,  wheel??  eagle twist, recline cobbler.

Cat rolls, 1/2 tortoise rolls with twist, easy seat with forward fold and twist, toe stretch with flowing mudras, 10 churnings, warm up gentle flow to balance with dancing Shiva. Cat bows,to standing strength flow with mudras, forward fold to extended leg squat, basic hand balance, L-Seat fold to hip side stretch, reclined free seat. Aromatherapy and Savasana

Balance and the feet. Thurs 6am

Pranayama Sahaja, Dirgha

Flowing warm up from OM Yoga.  Golf ball the feet then feel how the feet are open, warm and stable. Balance of tightrope then golf ball the feet again, frozen march balance, golf ball feet again, Tree balance in middle of floor then to the wall to refine it, golf ball feet again. A few standing strength postures to explore the newly open feet.  Hip side stretch, forward folds and twists.

Finding the strength in the legs. Tues 745pm LFF Sem

Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha, Ujjai, Shining skull slow

Squat to forward fold and back down warming up the legs and buttocks. Forward fold, runner adding a pulse, bending both knees deeply the back one hovering off the floor and hold breathe, add arm movements, downward dog, 3 leg dog, hip openers, runner with breathing twist, lizard, 1/2 Tibbiasana, downward dog, vinyasa to child then other side.

Downward Dog to runner, Skanda sliding back and forth, jump to toe balance, forward fold, chair up on toes, standing still on toes to chair still on toes WOW those feet Yummy.  Down to the floor to stretch out the legs, hips. Aromatherapy, leg stretch with strap and Savasana

Joyful morning practice. Tues 6am

Pranayama; Dirgha, shining skull with short holds or alternate nostril shining skull

Toes stretch with toe balance,  Ten churnings, breath of joy.  Sun Salutation with 1/2 Hanuman, Parsvotanasan.  Balance tightrope balance to standing padangusthasana with a twist. Standing strength with 1/2 moon. Swan to 1/2 lord of fishes, opening into twist, firelog stack forward fold and walk side to side, janu sirsasana.

Gentle fluid flow for the new week. Mon 530 Shanti Vinyasa

Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha, shining skull with small holds

Palm tree adding lift, cat rolls, wide leg forward fold with a twist, lifting into standing flowing postures. Down to the floor to round out the practice with some backward bending flows. Supine eagle twist before aromatherapy then to the wall for gentle rolls (mind the slippery feet), cobbler wide leg, legs at 90 Savasana.

Slow Flow and gentle stretches. Thurs 530pm

Pranayama over 2 blocks to open up the chest.

Starting by warming up the abs in a supine position, rolling up to a Navasana flow. Slow and mindful Sun Salutation. Moving into hip openers with Skanda before the standing postures. Balance blend of a moving balance.  Toe balance  to the floor for a cobra flow to strengthen the back, forward folds and twists to wring out anything that no longer serves you.
