Forward fold, runner adding a pulse, bending both knees deeply the back one hovering off the floor and hold breathe, add arm movements, downward dog, 3 leg dog, hip openers, runner with breathing twist, lizard, 1/2 Tibbiasana, downward dog, vinyasa to child then other side.

Downward Dog to runner, Skanda sliding back and forth, jump to toe balance, forward fold, chair up on toes, standing still on toes to chair still on toes WOW those feet Yummy.  Down to the floor to stretch out the legs, hips. Aromatherapy, leg stretch with strap and Savasana
