TriYoga® flows are slow and meditative in nature creating a balanced mind, body and spirit. Lynne travels from Tallahassee to offer these teachings that are not seen in yoga studios in this area. Discover a deeper level of yoga flows.
Friday 6:30pm – 9pm TriYoga Flows for Hips & Spine
This session will begin with a flowing series to warm up the body, including stretches for the hips and spine. Standing postures build strength and balance. The session will end at the wall with wave like motions for the spine and hip stretches. Join us in the flow. Arrive a 5-10 min early to set up your space.
