Toe stretch, toe balance, 10 churnings, breath of joy.  Sun salutation with 1/2 Hanuman, Parsvotanasana, swan, archer, warrior 1, chair.   Balance tree to eagle to dancer.  Standing strength to back strength, forward folds and twists.
