Spinal flows and strengthening the back muscles. Tues 745

Tonights class will be flowing along, moving with the breath to open and strengthen the body.

Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha,  Sun Breath

Opening the spine with spinal flows side to side and forward and back.  Toe stretch. The focus tonight will be on strengthening the back muscles.  Cobra 1, Cobra 1/Boat, half locust, Boat, Cobra 2 rolls,  Sphinx.

Onto the now strong back to release with bridge rolls, reclined cobbler, adding a twist to this then onto the wonderful opening twist of Hip side stretch with a long hold and my assist.

Roll up for aromatherapy then back down to strap work to open the hamstrings.  Hope we have time for this as the hamstrings are so important. Savasana
