Toe stretch with focus on the hand mudras putting the mudras into action with the gentle wave spinal.  Onto the back with hip openers then to standing for a simple balance before moving onto the standing strength flow.  Cross L-Seat twist and folds, butterfly, easy seat with forward folds and side stretches.
