Warming the body tonight with a nice holiday flow. Well that was my intention however, Mr Iyengar’s birthday was today and the practice just flowed into a strong standing (grounding) practice that honored Mr Iyengar.

Hand Balance of crow, squat to cockey mudra with a cooling breath. To floor for forward folds and twists. Aromatherapy & Savasana rounds out the evening.
Aromatherapy tonight will be Vata/Kapha Blend from Yoga Flow Oils, thank you Susan This blend is perfect for the weather we are having now cold and windy. This has a wonderful smell of warmth and love. I also brought some yogi tea to warm the body,mind and spirit for the journey home on this cold evening.
