Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha, Nadi Shodhana propping the elbow up to bring more ease.

Opening the neck and shoulders then adding in the eyes.  We so often forget to excercise the muscles of the eyes. Shoulder joint flow, then to the back to fingers in the sand, hip side stretch, hip rotations, leg stretch, cradle, reclined butterfly. Roll up, aromatherapy and Savasana.

wrist rolls, shoulder rolls, stretching the neck, half circles with neck, trap squeeze. Eye movements, arm movements to free the joints in the arms and shoulders.  Supine fingers in the sand, bridge rolls, hip side stretch, hip rotations, cradle stretch. Aromatherapy, cobbler rolls, Savasana.

Easy seat side bends, chest openers, wrist rolls, finger openers, mula rolls, nose circles, neck side stretch, rock the baby, cat rolls, toe stretch.  Shoulder rolls, trap squeeze, thread the needle.  Penguin, frog, leg stretches, reclined cradle, twists. Aromatherapy and Savasana

Softly opening the neck and shoulders. Thurs 7pm Yum Yum

Continuing on with the viniyoga session moving to the neck and shoulders.

Pranayama: Lying over a blanket to open the upper back and chest. Sahja,Dirgha, Box

Bridge rolls opening the neck and shoulders. Apanasana flow, cat rolls to child with the neck and shoulder adjustment. Chakrabakasna, cobra flow opening the neck.  Uttanasana paying special attention to the upper back. Triangle flow for the neck and shoulders. Chakravakasna to settle everything.    Reclined twist with neck releases then sustaining with a shoulder release.  Apanasana flow.  Janu Sirsasana flow to really have an open twist. Forward fold flow again to open shoulders and neck.
