Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha  with strap around rib cage.

warm ups before flowing through a sun salutation or two or three, working the 3 in 1 move from last week, introduce some deeper hip openers. twists and forward folds, aromatherapy and Savasana.

Pranayama:  Standing  Sahaja, Dirgha

Golf ball for the feet, neck stretches, reed posture,  Forward fold with legs crossed.  Toe balance to floor swan add thigh stretch.  frog with bolster, supine hamstring stretch with strap, knees to chest , twists, happy baby, aromatherapy & Savasana.

Hamstring class tonight not much flow, lots of opening. 530pm Mon

Pranayama:  Sahaja, Dirgha over 2 blocks to really feel the opening

Rock the sacrum clock. Tadasana, Knee to chest, happy baby.  Sukasana with shoulder openers, mula rolls, cobbler with chest expansion, rock the baby, cat rolls, cat hip rolls, cross bow, calf stretch.  Karin Stephan hamstring flow.

Standing strength with longer holds then forward folds between each one, listening carefully how to open into the fold which is the hamstring work tonight.   To the floor for swan and quad stretch. Supta Padangusthasana with strap, supine twist.  Aromatherapy and Savasana.

Honoring the hips. 7pm Yum Yum Yoga

Yup it is all about the hips tonight so lets get Hippy.

Pranayama:  Sahaja, Dirgha, Nadi Shodhana

Leg lifts, hip rotations, hamstring stretch with strap,hip side stretch,  Aanatasana.  Feldenkrais elbows to knees.  Cobbler rocking,  Leg slides and a nice long Savasana with aromatherapy.

Loving up the knees today. Wed 1115am Lifestyles Family Fitness

Pranayama;  Sahaja, Dirgha,  Box breath, slow Kapalabhati.

Warming up the legs with a few leg lifts, hip rotations and a flow of bending the knees and extending either straight up or with legs wide.  Moving into extended leg stretch with a strap adding in a move to open the side body as well (step outside the box).  Anatasana, side leg raises, gate variation.  Cat rolls, Downward Dog,  Forward fold.  Testing the legs out with Yoga splits,  Warrior 1, thigh stretch, ankle churns.  Warrior 2, Side Warrior, Reverse Warrior, Triangle.  Balance today will be Dancing Shiva as well as Flamingo.  To the floor to twist and fold.   Aromatherapy and a test to see how the legs opened up with extended leg stretch with a strap again.  Savasana.

Opening the heart before the Holidays begin. Tues 745pm

Finding the smoothness of the breath with Sahaja, Dirga.

Starting in Cat with some cat circles, into cat rolls, donkey kicks to Downward Facing Dog.   Opening up the hips and leg muscles with low lunge moving to gate variation, cowface pose, Downward Facing Dog to Lizard.  Onward to a pigeon series adding in a strap on the back foot to open the front body.  Downward Dog, plank to cobra and cobra rolls.   Camel, child, roll to standing for balance.  Tree, Goddess to up on toes to knee to chest balance. 

Standing strength as a flow no long holds tonight. Triangle, 1/2 moon, warrior 2, side warrior, triangle, wide leg forward fold.  Warrior 1, pyramid, warrior 3, pyramid, revolved triangle, forward fold.  Other side yup we are going to fire up the tapas in one leg before moving to the other. no worries as we are not holding for long.

Squat to boat, staff,  fish twist, 4 square stretch or firelog. Aromatherapy, happy baby, knees to chest twist, rock the clock, Savasana.

Pramayama:  Sahja, Dirgha, Nadi Shodhana

From Vajrasana moving into Rabbit to stretch the neck and awaken the top of the head.

Smooth Sun Salute with cat bows, cobra work for the back.  A few twists before opening the feet with toe stretch, toe balance and stretching the top of the feet.  Opening the hips with swan bows and rolls and a few other hip openers.    Extended squat and extended leg hold to hand balance (?)   Adding in a twist or two here before rolling down into happy baby, hip side stretch and reclined cobbler.

Hello Fall let’s roll & Flow. Friday 1115am Shanti Flow

Pranayama: Seated breath of joy and when we move to standing – standing breath of joy.

Cat rolls, opposite hand and leg balance, gate adding leg circles, 1/4 dog. Standing breath of joy, reed, gentle flow sun salutation, forward fold with crossed legs, chair with chair kicks, warrior 1, humble warrior, pyramid, revolved triangle, moon triangle, wide leg forward fold.  Goddess squat and twist, wide leg forward fold with twist. Toe balance to floor, cobbler, janu sirsasana, aromatherapy, leg circles, frog legs, happy baby, savasana.

Aromatherapy today will be Energizing Blend from Yoga Flow Oils, thank you Susan

Balancing and building back strength. Thurs 7pm Yum Yum

Pranayama: Sahaja, Dirgha, Nadi Shodhana

Point & flex feet, ankles rolls, inversion/eversion, shoulder openers, cobbler with twist, easy seat stretch.  Cat rolls, runner stretch.  On blanket cobra series, alternate leg lifts, child rest.  Rolling up to seated to stretch in Dandasana, roll down for bridge rolls, hip side stretch, leg lifts, hip rotations, happy baby, cradle stretch, twist. roll up for aromatherapy massage, savasana.

Pranayama:  Easy seat sun breath.

Cat rolls, child to cobra flow, lift them up rhomboid work, table balance, donkey kicks, gate, pigeon, 1/4 dog with blocks adding a twist.  Gentle flow to standing strength.  Chair, Warrior 1, Pyramid, Warrior 3, Yoga Splits, vinyasa repeating other side   🙂  Warrior 2, side angle, sun warrior, triangle, moon triangle, wide leg forward fold, other side. Hindi squat, janu sirsasna, wide leg forward fold, cradle or fire log stack.  aromatherapy to rock the clock and supine twist to savasana.
